Let\u2019s divide our requirement into two steps<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Setup Online trial (Very quick and it\u2019s free \ud83d\ude42 )<br \/>\n\u2022 Setup email integration (it\u2019s also free \ud83d\ude09 )<\/p>\n<p><strong>Setup Online trial<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The process to setup trial is different time to time, so best option is to use your search engine to search for correct URL that can be used to setup online trial. We are going to use <a href=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/dynamics\/crm-free-trial-overview.aspx\">this link<\/a> and will use <strong>Self-Start trial<\/strong> option to setup CRM online trial organization. We need to use following steps:<\/p>\n<p>1. Go to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/portal.office.com\">https:\/\/portal.office.com<\/a> and select Purchase Services option under Billing<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/himbap.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Purchasesservices.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\" size-medium wp-image-2178 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/himbap.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Purchasesservices-300x237.png\" alt=\"Purchasesservices\" width=\"300\" height=\"237\" srcset=\"https:\/\/himbap.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Purchasesservices-300x237.png 300w, https:\/\/himbap.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Purchasesservices-624x493.png 624w, https:\/\/himbap.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Purchasesservices.png 685w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>2. Search for <strong>Office 365 Enterprise E3<\/strong> plan under<strong> Enterprise Suite<\/strong> and click on <strong>Start Free Trial<\/strong>. After that confirm our order and click on Continue.<br \/>\n3. Navigate to <strong>User<\/strong> and select <strong>Active Users<\/strong>.<br \/>\n4. Enable <strong>Office 365 Enterprise E3<\/strong> and click on <strong>Assign<\/strong> button. (Note: User won\u2019t be able to see office online products until we will assign this license to user).<br \/>\n6. Let it complete mail setup first and click on Mail after that to open office 365 outlook.<br \/>\n8. Navigate to Mailboxes under <strong>Settings-&gt;Email Configuration<\/strong>.<br \/>\n9. If you are new to Server Side Synchronization, please refer <a href=\"https:\/\/technet.microsoft.com\/en-us\/library\/dn832121.aspx\">this KB<\/a> to understand Server Side Synchronization.<\/p>\n<p>We should see a test email in our Office 365 outlook and we are done !!!
