Recently one of our customer started using Unified Interface Client and they reported that they are not able to see all the accounts view under Field Service App. This post is about how to fix this issue.
By default Unified interface only show some entity view for example if you will check in online trial under web client you will see following list of the views for account.
But if you will navigate to Unified Interface Client you will see only some views like following
To fix this issue you can use following steps.
1. Create custom solution and navigate to Model-driven Apps.
2. Click on Add Existing and select Field Service App from available app list.
3. Once field service app is added double click on the Field Service App to open App Designer.
4. Navigate to your entity, for example we want to enable view for Account, select view and select All options.
5. Save and Publish your changes after that you should be able to see all the view in Unified Interface as well !!
