I worked most of the Client Side Customization’s like Jscripts, Business Process flows, businees rules, workflows, charts, dashboards etc. I am functionally good and i know coding basics.
I did not worked on server side like plugins, custom workflows etc.
Could you please help me understanding that prerequisites to CRM developer?

==> any other things need to know for Extending CRM?
Any other points you can add to the above?
I am bit more confused on this?
