Fixing “No list could be found..” ERROR in Power Pages

Problem

Recently while setting SharePoint integration in Power Pages we faced below issue.

Solution

Recently while setting up Document integration in Power Pages for Customer form, we configured all the actions required for the integration. SharePoint integration was already working fine in Sales app. After verifying configuration steps when tried to look in to Power Pages, we got above error. We tried to open SharePoint document location to make sure it is associated correctly and SharePoint url is targeting correct location. When we tried to look if there is anybody else faced similar issue and we found couple of response where most of the link pointed this error occurs if are trying to access SharePoint location without enabling SharePoint integration for the entity, so we reverified it. We tried to test it integration with Case entity and it worked fine without any error.

After troubleshooting for a while, we though of setting a trial and test SharePoint integration there. In test environment we configured same steps and it worked.

Finally we though of opening a support ticket with Microsoft and after doing many hit and trial, we got response form Microsoft, that this issue was happening because of the relative URL of the document location of record. Under relative URL Account was used for the document library while it should be account. Normally this is not an issue for the Sales app integration as it was working fine but it seems for the SharePoint integration in Power Page it should match exactly with the name of the document library.

Hope it will help someone !!
