Copilot in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) is a powerful feature that assists users in various tasks, from data entry to suggesting relevant actions. However, there may be instances where you need to disable Copilot features for specific environment. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the process of disabling Copilot in Dynamics 365 CE, ensuring a smoother user experience tailored to your organization’s needs.

I have sales trial setup and I want to disable all copilot features and want to hide copilot icon

Open admin center by navigating to admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com and select your environment, in my case it is Sales Trial and disable all the below features.

After this make sure to save your change by clicking on Save button on right bottom. Now if you will refresh your environment you won’t see copilot icon and it’s features.
