I would like to see blog articles about CRM 2011 dialogs, how they can be built, ideas for things they can be used for, and how they can be secured. In other words, why and how they are better than workflows.
I’d like to read about :
1) Integration with CRM (Skype, phone systems): common principles, existing add-ons,
2) Polaris & Orion : what was changed (Jscript code, reports etc..) and what will be changed.
3) How to create WCF for connection “CRM – third part application” (e.g. – web-shop).
